Bath Scenes
2015
Graduation project at Thelma Yellin High School of The Arts
Installation
Inspired by the domestic bathroom environment and the different materials found within it, I began developing this project. Through experimentation with organic and synthetic, wet and dry, hygienic and 'dirty' materials, I created an installation of five sculptures, forming an alternate bath scene.

Hair Fountain
Leftover hairbrush hair, water, metal wires, tubes, wood
Toothpaste Sculptures
Dry toothpaste, water, wood
Loofah sponges
Synthetic loofah sponges, wax
Wax Lotions
Lotions, wax, aluminum and plastic bowls, wood
Viewers were invited to grab a wax-coated lotion, squeeze it, and then wash their hands.
The Dush
Plaster castings, strings, table legs
Fluorid, 2017
Leftover dried toothpaste turned into toothpaste jewelry.
Made out of dried toothpaste, epoxy resin and stainless steel.
